All about our Cooper Thomas Smyser at age 2 years and 3.5 months old.
What we call him:
Cooper. Coop-ey. Cooper Thomas. Pooper (how his brother's pronounce his name)
Cooper is our quiet little mischievous cutie. He is not very verbal or vocal with us. But, it's like he knows he can just point and smile and we would gladly move mountains if we thought that's what he wanted. Recently he's been trying harder to use his voice when we request it from him, but he's not into a lot of spontaneous speaking (yet). He has clearly repeated some words for us occasionally. But, I feel like it's just his personality though to be a bit more quiet and not overly chatty. However, he's definitely found the word, 'No,' lately, and let's us know when he doesn't agree with us!
Cooper is in size 6 diapers (and shows no real interest in potty training yet) and 2T clothes. He can say a lot of words (like, Mama, Dada, nana (banana), nigh-night (night), bye, hi, sis, apples, please, to name a few). He's strung two words together a couple times, but doesn't regularly spontaneously speak a lot (yet).
Cooper enjoys watching his shows on TV. He likes Scooby Doo, and Mickey Mouse He loves spending time with Madison, and watching her play games on her tablet with her. He likes sitting on my lap and reading books together, and snuggling.
He loves being outside. Cooper likes exploring, and trying to hide from me. lol. He enjoys his sister's scooter, the water table, and digging in the dirt.
When he hugs me, he likes to pat my arm/back, and it melts my heart every time. He does is the most before bed when we snuggle. He likes sleeping and typically naps and sleeps well.
Cooper has given up on eating any veggies. He's probably the pickiest overall when it comes to food. One food he gobbles down that his brother's don't care for is speghetti-os!
His favorite thing to do right now is to sneak into the bathroom, and hide behind the open door. If he's feeling particularly ornery with his brothers, he will take a toy from them, and then run and throw it down the stairs or over the gate out of reach of his brother and run away laughing.

We love our Super-Cooper. He's so mischievous, but has the most angelic face and cutest smile that melts our hearts on a daily basis. We LOVE watching him grow and learn. Cooper will always have a special place in our hearts.
